It all started on a walk around the neighborhood, I started pulling random songs from the memory bank to entertain the boy while I got my miles in. This one came out of no where! My fellow Deer Run friends will remember it as that blasted cup game we used to play over & over on the canteen porch. Who knew that one day it would become Andrew's all time favorite, all time requested song.
We made it our own by making up hand movements. First you put your hands in fists and pump them up and down whilie singing the days of the week. Then while singing "Oh beware of the scare" you cover your eyes. And the grand finale is when the Ricki Tiki Bear comes out to scare with a great big ROAR!! We have found this is the best way to end the song seeing as how this song really has no true stopping point.
