Andrew had his first swim in the pool during his first Memorial weekend and LOVED it! Jeff & I can't wait to take the future Olympic swimmer out again. I knew by how much he loves bath time that he would love the pool but I didn't know how he would handle the crowds. Well, he did GREAT! The sweet boy almost went to sleep as we bounced from one end to the next.
Next week Andrew & I are taking a Mommy & Me class in the morning. Praying I remain calm the first time he goes under water. Like Jeff said in his best Andrew voice, "Dad, of course I do well at swimming--I did it for almost a full year in Mommy's tummy!" I can't wait to see him kick, kick, kick like a big boy :)
