Andrew is a BIG fan of dump trucks, dirt and all things construction. The amount of constuction toys around our house made choosing a construction theme a no brainer. We kept it very simple this year, only inviting immediate family only. I made the cake and centered all the food around a construction theme. Popcorn chicken (aka boulders) cheese puffs (aka drill bits) pretzel sticks (nails) watermelon (constuction cones) and corkscrew pasta salad. What a fun day of celebrating our little two year old!
